What we do
Fire Damage Local Experts is a free referral service. We connect property owners with independent local restoration companies through our partner network. We don’t perform restoration work, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with a restoration company.
The restoration companies are independent
- Restoration companies are separate businesses. We don’t employ their workers or control how they do their work.
- Each company sets its own prices, schedule, contract terms and warranties.
- Before hiring anyone, check their certifications, insurance and written scope. Any agreement for work is between you and that company.
No guarantees
We can’t guarantee that a company will be available in your area, how quickly it will respond, the price it will quote or the quality of its work. Most property owners receive quotes within 24 hours, but timing depends on the company and your location.
